Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon of brown sugar;
- 2 dl of whole milk;
- ½ glass of marsala wine;
- 500 gr. Of grape;
- 100 gr. of sugar;
- Olive oil as desired;
- 50 grams of raisins;
- 400 gr. of flour;
- 20 gr. of yeast.
Instructions: Put the raisins in a bowl with the Marsala. Meanwhile wash fresh grapes and cut in half the berries. Dissolve yeast in warmed milk and add a tablespoon of sugar. In a bowl combine the flour and remaining sugar, add the milk mixture and yeast, work up to the achievement of a soft dough ball-shaped. Slit a cross on the surface, greasing the dough with oil and let rest in the transparent film . Put it in a warm place for one hour. Knead briefly, engrave again, cover with plastic wrap and let rise for another half an hour in a warm place. After this time, divide the dough into 2 parts, one a little more abundant than the other. Grease with oil a baking pan and spread inside the largest portion of dough. Drain the raisins, retaining the Marsala, and crushed a part of wine grapes. Distribute a part of the fruits within the previously rolled out dough. Roll out the dough on a plan and lay it inside the pan covering fruits. Spread the remaining grapes and sprinkle with a little Marsala. Let stand for 30 minutes, dust with brown sugar and cook in a hot oven at 180 degrees for 50 minutes.
