Ingredients:
- 500 grams of steamed spinach;
- 1 small onion;
- 2 eggs;
- Breadcrumbs as desired;
- Flour as desired;
- Butter as desired;
- Salt and pepper as desired.
Instructions: - Cut the onion and mix with the crushed spinach;
- Add salt and pepper, one egg, the breadcrumb and blend well;
- Prepare some spinach balls, pour them into flour, then into the beaten egg and breadcrumbs;
- Put a bow of butter on the spinach croquettes, place them on a baking tray lined with the oven paper;
