- 750 grams of tomato paste;
- 320 grams of spaghetti;
- a clove of garlic;
- basil leaves;
- extra virgin olive oil;
- salt.
Instructions: 1. Fry the oil in a pan with a clove of garlic;
2. Add the tomato paste, the salt and the basil leaves ;
3. Cook the spaghetti in a plenty of boiling and salty water;
4. Drain the pasta “al dente” and put inside the tomato sauce keeping for few minutes on the fire taking care to mix them;
5. Serve with more basil leaves as decoration.
