Ingredients:
- 1.6 Kg of watermelon (pulp);
- 200 grams of white Muscat wine;
- 150 grams of sugar;
- 40 grams of Jelly sheets;
- 40 grams of lemon juice.
Instructions: - Soak the jelly in cold water for at least 10 minutes;
- Take the watermelon and cut in pieces removing the seeds;
- Make a centrifuge to separate the pulp from the juice of the fruit;
- Now sprinkle the lemon, remove the seeds and keep it aside;
- Take a bowl, pour the wine and the watermelon juice and mix the ingredients;
- Then pour the liquids in a pan with high edges and heat up low;
- Add the well soaked and squeezed jelly, the lemon juice and the sugar. Mix all the ingredients;
- It will take about 5-6 minutes to melt ingredients;
- Then pour into a ring shaped mold of 1.5 kg capacity. Cover it with film and place in the fridge at least for 12 hours;
- Now fill half pan with water. Make sure the pan has a slightly wider circumference able to contain the ring shaped mold;
- Bring the water to boil and immerse the mold. This procedure It will help the compound to detach from the mold. It will take only few seconds;
- Remove the mold from the pan, place a serving dish over the mold and overturn it.
