Ingredients:
- 1 cabbage of medium size;
- 750 Ml of vegetable broth;
- 40 grams of butter;
- 40 grams of flour;
- 6 tablespoons of cooking cream;
- Salt and pepper as desired.
Instructions: - Worm up the broth;
- Wash, peel and grate the cabbage and add the broth;
- Make a dumpling of butter and flour and put inside the fridge;
