Ingredients:
- 450 grams of fresh apricots;
- 270 grams of flour;
- 200 of sugar;
- 200 grams of white yogurt;
- 3 medium eggs;
- 1 spoon of vanilla natural extract;
- 1 bake of yeast for cakes;
- 80 ml of corn seed oil;
- Brown sugar as desired.
Instructions
1. Beat the eggs with the sugar;
2. Add the yogurt, mix and incorporate the oil and the vanilla extract;
3. Add gradually the flour and then the yeast;
4. Wash and dry the apricots. Cut half of them into cubes and half into slices;
5. Add to the dough the apricots cut into cubes, mix and distribute in a grated and floured pan;
6. Level up well, decorate the surface with apricot slices and sprinkle with cane sugar;
7. Bake apricot pie and yogurt at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes;
8. Sprinkle, let cool and serve.
